Return Policy
FOR ISSUES WITH ANY PRODUCTS YOU PURCHASE FROM LIZZYANDERINDESIGNS.COM CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LIZZYANDERIN.CUSTOMERCARE@GMAIL.COM
LIZZY AND ERIN DESIGNS BOUTIQUE:
- Item is post marked for no more than 7 days from the day you receive your item.
- Item still has all of the original tags and packaging.
- Item is in brand new condition.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price greater than 15% is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Include your order number with your return.
- Return Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake was ours.
- We do not take exchanges. If you do want to exchange, you can send your item back and get a refund in the form of store credit, which will be issued to you in the form of a code that you can use on our website.
Please allow at least 3 business days for your return to be processed.
Lizzy and Erin Designs Boutique will accept responsibility for any mistakes that are made on our part. Example: Customer receives damaged merchandise, or the wrong merchandise.

CUSTOM LIZZY AND ERIN BRUSHES and PAINT PIXIE RETURN POLICY:
All Brushes must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item in brand new condition. Upon Inspection of the items returned a determination on exchange, refund, or store credit will be made.
We will not accept returns of brush soaps or other liquid type products.
