Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING GENERAL
- Shipping is free at all times, NO CODE REQUIRED. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.
- Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the time your Order is Processed.
- Shipping could take longer during launches the Holidays or "Busy Season". We will always do our best to communicate with you via E-MAIL if there is an issue (WE ARE AWARE OF) with your order and shipping.
- Some items in the store may be "Pre Order" items or have a specified Shipping date that is already set. This will be noted in the Item Description.
- Your order could arrive in multiple packages depending on the items you purchased.
- Delivery of Digital Items will be immediate. Follow the directions at check out to access your files.
- Classes, Memberships, and tutorials will have detailed instructions on how to participate or access your membership. Please follow these instructions, as it allows for a quicker response from our team. If we have to track down your purchase information processing time could take longer.
WOOD SHOP
- All wood shop items are made to order please allow 5-7 business days from date of purchase for the item to ship. This may be delayed due to order quantities but we will do our best to keep to that timeline and keep everyone informed of any potential delays.
- SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED ON OUR WOODSHOP ITEMS TO ENABLE US TO KEEP PRICES LOW AND MINIMIZE YOUR EXPENSE WHEN ORDERING MULTIPLES. SHIPPING FOR THESE ITEMS WILL BE CALCULATED AT CHECK OUT
PAINT PIXIE BRUSH ORDERS have a FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEE of $5 and this will be reflected at check out. Paint pixie brush orders are fulfilled by the PAINT PIXIE Warehouse and will come in separate packaging with PAINT PIXIE Return address. Please refer to our return policy on how to return paint pixie orders.

Once an Item is Noted by USPS as being received it is out of our hands and our control. We are not responsible for the USPS and their processing/shipping times. Please frequently check your tracking information, and if you have a concern contact the postal service to inquire about your package. If an item is lost or damaged immediately let us know, but PLEASE BE PROACTIVE in the situation and report the item as lost or damaged to the postal service as well.
